It's funny how some idols, who fit so perfectly into their group, actually had a moment where they almost didn't make it as a finalized member.

Behind the scenes stories of these idols have been revealed before in the past, and some may actually surprise you.

You can check them out below.

JungKook (BTS)

The reason why JungKook almost didn't become a member of BTS is because of one main reason.

JungKook, during his earlier days, was extremely passionate about dancing, especially more so when he hung out in L.A as a trainee for a short time learning how to dance.

He wanted to become a professional dancer rather than pursuing a career as a K-Pop artist. And with the golden maknae set on not following through with the debut plans for BTS, JiMin stepped in, took him out for ice cream, and convinced JungKook that the group needed him.

Fortunately, JungKook listened and decided to stick around.

BamBam (GOT7)

How can anyone imagine a GOT7 without the lovable BamBam?

It turns out that BamBam wasn't actually included in the original lineup, and was supposed to debut in a different boy group, whose debut plans were set for after GOT7.

But here's where things get interesting. YG Entertainment boss Yang HyunSuk played a small role in sealing BamBam's fate as a member of GOT7.

During the show 'WIN: Who Is Next?', Yang HyunSuk was highly impressed by BamBam's dance performance, which may have influenced JYP's decision to include him in GOT7.
